PENGOLAHAN BUNGA ROSELLA (Hibiscus sabdariffa) SEBAGAI PRODUK SIRUP DENGAN KANDUNGAN ANTIOKSIDAN DI SMA NEGERI 1 ATAP LEMBONGAN

چکیده

Bunga Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) merupakan tanaman tropis yang dapat diusahakan tumbuh disegala macam jenis tanah. Tanaman ini memiliki kandungan antioksidan antosianin manfaat baik bagi kesehatan sekaligus membuatnya tampilan menarik. Upaya pemanfaatan bunga rosella secara sederhana dilakukan dengan mengolahnya menjadi sirup rosella. Tujuan dari pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa SMAN 1 Atap Lembongan dalam hal mengolah komoditi pertanian menerapkan teknologi metode namun tepat guna sehingga para peserta mengembangkannya produk kewirausahaan mengingat kawasan Nusa daerah tujuan wisata di Pulau Bali. Berdasarkan hasil survei kusioner keseluruhan, sebanyak 63,63% responden merasa kegiatan memuaskan, 36,37% sangat memuaskan.
